SyncNova provides professional website design, hosting, CRM, and automation solutions for local businesses. We offer a free website design service with no upfront cost, and paid monthly subscription packages starting at $49/month.

We build your website for free. You review the website before making any payment. If you choose to subscribe, your website is typically ready within 3 business days of approval.

• If you do not wish to proceed, you are under no obligation to subscribe.
• The free website concept remains the property of SyncNova until a subscription is activated.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• The Website Essentials package is $49/month and the Complete Business Growth System is $99/month.
• All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Hosting and active features remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

Because we build your website for free before any payment is required, subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at SyncNovaio@gmail.com.

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a website or subscribing to our services.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or branding you provide for your website.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data.

All content, design, code, and materials created by SyncNova remain our intellectual property until a subscription is activated. Upon activation, you receive a license to use the website and included features for the duration of your subscription. SyncNova retains ownership of underlying templates, frameworks, and proprietary tools.

We strive to maintain high availability for all hosted websites and services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions.

SyncNova's liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities beyond this amount. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

You may terminate your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms SyncNova or its other customers.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
